How you can use your CAPS funding to purchase continence products?
The CAPS payment will be made from the federal government to the account that you have nominated on your application.
The CAPS payment rate varies each year. The payment may increase or decrease each year following the Government’s budget process. Payments are either made once a year, sometime in July, or twice a year in a split payment, sometime in July and January. You can choose if you want once or twice yearly payments.
The payment can be made directly into a nominated representative's bank account (details of the relationship are required) or to a nominated organisation such as ADACSS Shop (www.adacss.com.au) , who may assist you to purchase your continence products.
If there are any changes in the bank details or addresses, Report a change in circumstances, to the CAPS Information Team on 1800 239 309 , 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Only the person receiving CAPS, or their nominated representative, can speak to the CAPS Information Team to change / update / check on details. Have your Medicare number with you when you call.
When making use of your CAPS funding it is important to make sure that you budget properly and that you will not be out of funding too soon as there are limited opportunities to receive more funding when your full payment has been made.
Use the CAPS funding to then order your continence products through our website.

What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
